Larvitar joins your earlier team, bringing Rock damage for Sneasel and Murkrow. Despite the Ice Path name, the opening waves contain Octillery and Corsola: Mareep or Chinchou and Chikorita are useful early, rather than committing the whole budget to Fire or a late Tyranitar.
Team
Keep Gastly for Misdreavus in waves 6, 10 and 13. Sneasel is Dark/Ice, so avoid relying on Psychic attacks; Tyrogue or Fire coverage can help. Wave 15 combines Sneasel, Suicune and Murkrow. Use Electric or Grass against Suicune and retain separate compatible damage for its accompanying enemies.
